IMPACT Your Medicare Knowledge Workshop Series
CIGNA Government Services (CGS) is excited to announce our 2010 workshop series, entitled IMPACT Your Medicare Knowledge. In 2009, CGS developed a new mission statement, We IMPACT Lives. In everything that we do, we will always strive to positively IMPACT those around us. To compliment CGS' new mission statement, Provider Outreach and Education (POE) mirror this theme in our 2010 workshop series. It is our desire to make a positive IMPACT on the supplier community, and their interaction with the Medicare program.
If you have joined us previously for a workshop, you'll find that we have restructured the format to better meet your needs. One of the buzzwords we heard frequently was "customize." As you know, there are a lot of specialties in the DMEPOS world, and we only have a few hours at a workshop to cover this material. In 2010, the content for each workshop location will be customized based on registrants wants, needs, and the real-time feedback that we get from those in attendance.
In addition to the customized topics, the following topics will be a staple in each workshop: Documentation requirements, Audit Preparedness, Medical Review Strategies, Resources, and any recent changes or updates to the Medicare program. Also, LCD and policy specific education will be customized by location and attendance. In addition to tailored content, we will offer one-on-one time with POE staff during the event!
