EDI
Effective June 6, 2008, all EDI transactions and services are supported by the CEDI contractor. These include:
- Receipt of all electronic DME MAC claims;
- Changes to EDI trading partner (submitter) information, including passwords
- Delivery of all electronic front end reports;
- Electronic Remittance Advice enrollment, changes to enrollment and delivery of ERA files;
- 276/277 transactions enrollment, changes to enrollment and collection and delivery of 276/277 files.

Online inquiries regarding Claim Status and Beneficiary Eligibility (referred to as CSI/BE, VPIQ or PINQ) for DME MAC Jurisdiction C will be provided by CIGNA Government Services. Please refer to CIGNA Government Services CSI/BE User Manual for details. If you have a question about the CSI/BE system, please call our customer service line at 1-866-270-4909, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CT).
